We do not operate separate Permanent and Temporary divisions, we adopt a dedicated Account Management approach. The Account Manager is focussed on liaison and organisation of your account, so you know exactly who you need to speak to whatever your recruitment needs may be. A very low staff turnover means that we are able to forge strong and long-lasting relationships with our clients – increasing mutual understanding and streamlining communication, thus eliminating frustration.
We follow the code of practice and ethical standards of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and instil honesty and fairness into our everyday practices.
