Arabic Customer Service Advisor and Content Writer

Role Outline

Our client is looking for a fluent Arabic CS support and content writer to join their team based in Central Cambridge (CB1). You will be responsible for providing first class customer service support via email and chat support centres worldwide for Arabic and English speaking customers as well as writing and developing content for their customer-facing help website.  Excellent written skills in English and Arabic are required for this role. We're looking for individuals that are adaptable, articulate and able to use great writing and decision making skills to effectively manage problems and find ways to go above and beyond to assist customers. This opportunity would suit creative graduates with past customer service experience. Successful candidates should be available to work rotating shifts. In addition, you will be expected to work weekends. 

Key Duties

  • Provide top tier customer support on the email support team
  • Find clear and concise resolutions to technical and payment based issues
  • Contribute to and become part of a fast moving support centre
  • Write and develop content for several mediums including online, email, live chat and video
  • Support the content translation process
  • Be the point of contact to other businesses  
  • Handle cases that require contact with external B2B interactions  
  • Handle sensitive situations working closely with PR
  • Work closely with the support teams to provide a customer response and performance analysis

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in written English and Arabic with excellent writing and creative skills
  • Experience of working in a customer-centric environment that offers world-class service
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • The ability to multitask and see through the eyes of a customer
  • Can collaborate positively within a fast changing environment
