Role Outline

This role will provide support with all administrative requirements within the Fleet Management Division. Liaising / working alongside Suppliers and the Customer dealing with daily reports and supporting the Compliance Department. We are looking for someone with excellent front-line customer handling skills, building relationships. Strong attention to detail and self-motivated and able to work individually and as part of a team.

Key Duties

  • Ensure that all queries and tasks are dealt with efficiently and with professionalism. 
  • Processing and reporting on traffic infringements and fines
  • Supporting the management of Service/MOT Planners with accurate inputting of data 
  • Analysing data
  • Daily reports - Preparation and summary of reports
  • Maintain all in-house spread-sheets 

Skills and Experience 

  • Database management 
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills 
  • Meeting deadlines, task orientated and prioritisation 
  • Knowledge of the transport/automotive/refrigeration Industry – desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
