Receptionist / Admin Support

We are looking to recruit a full time Admin Support / Receptionist for a client based in Milton who provide serviced office and meeting room hire. You will be responsible for providing front of house and general admin that is required on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Reception cover – meeting and greeting visitors
  • Switchboard cover for 40+ companies
  • Franking post
  • Organising couriers
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Setting up and clearing away meetings
  • Setting up new key fobs
  • Organising Wi-Fi codes
  • Maintaining phone lists and key databases/in-house systems
  • Filing
  • Data entry
  • Carry out centre readiness checks
  • Complete departure check lists
  • Provide ideas for Social Media campaigns
  • Help organise in-house bi-monthly newsletter
  • Update digital display screens
  • Ad hoc customer service and administration duties as required
