Role Outline

The Sales Course Advisor is responsible for generating leads through incoming calls with queries about the available programmes and courses to study. You will have to liaise internally with the sales and admissions teams as well as with the managers. The main focus is to convert prospective applicants into students.

Key Responsibilities and Capabilities

  • Intensive sales activity by telephone, email and other platforms to meet targets
  • Follow-up and monitor the results of direct sales enquiries, applications and centre walk-ins
  • Work closely with the regional sales team and admissions team to follow-up leads generated by agents
  • Improve conversion rates, attain sales outcomes and provide high standards of customer service
  • Record the details of all sales activity after each call in the system, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and giving clear visibility of results and the current sales pipeline



  • Degree educated level
  • Previous experience in sales, comfortable working to targets and KPIs
  • Previous experience working/living abroad or knowledge on additional languages


  • Previous experience in recruitment
  • Interest in the creative arts
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, punctual and highly organised
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail, cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Aptitude for using technology and e-media
