Role Outline

To drive UK sales growth through the development and execution of a detailed plan to meet business sales targets. 

Key Duties

  • Develop, drive and implement sales initiatives to grow the UK business and increase number of customers and sales in multiples and independents in line with overall business strategy
  • Ensure the entire customer experience from initial enquiry through all business touch points, is efficient and effective so as to maximise sales, and ensure an excellent customer experience in line with the brand
  • Take responsibility for setting, monitoring and measuring sales performance to ensure the right KPIs are being set and achieved
  • Work with marketing function to ensure streamlined process for linking sales and marketing initiatives and monitor/report on effectiveness

Skills & Experience

  • Passionate about sales and customer service, ambitious and wanting to make a difference
  • Clear thinker who can prioritise and organise own workload
  • Clear and friendly communicator, able to present information succinctly and patiently
  • Able to work collaboratively with different functions and skillsets, calm when under pressure
  • Motivated by sales with an eye for opportunities, and a good trading instinct; a desire to succeed
  • Relevant experience in a sales environment would be an advantage, but aptitude for sales is more important, and a willingness to learn
  • Excellent computer skills
